When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If your organization provisions a company email address, we process the associated mailbox credentials solely to complete that provisioning.

b. Wealth-Structure Data

You may enter information about entities (trusts, LLCs, holding companies, etc.), ownership relationships, jurisdictions, EINs, and related metadata. You may also upload documents such as formation papers, tax returns, and agreements.

c. Usage & Analytics Data

We collect device type, operating system, browser or app version, IP address, pages visited, feature usage, and crash reports. This data helps us diagnose issues and improve the product.

d. Contact & Support Data

If you contact us or submit a form on our website we collect the name, email, company name, and message content you provide.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the MT Roots platform (desktop, web, and mobile).

Uploaded documents are permanently deleted from our storage within 30 days of account deletion.
